Return and Refund Policy

1. If customers received the irrelevant product which they have not ordered from us (or) nay damage observed, you may return the unused packets within 2 to 3 working days from the date of receipt of product by writing to our email id with valid reason with the subject “PLEASE INITIATE FOR MY REFUND”.

2. Our payment service provider Phonepe will initiate a refund of your order to meet to your bank account within 7 days.

3. In case of charge back, Petritive will provide information to the relevant service provider pertaining to the completion of this transaction within 5 working days of receiving the charge back notification.
